I was only meaning to look for a couple of parts for my road bike, but somehow I ended up clicking around for way longer than I planned. I’m not always great at knowing exactly what I need, so I was half expecting to get overwhelmed.

Thebikeshop.com actually had a bigger range than I thought it would. I found tyres, pedals, and a few tools all in one place, which was really handy because I wasn’t totally sure I wanted to order from three different sites.

Overall, it was easy enough to compare things and the selection felt good to me. I’m no bike expert or anything, but I’d probably check here first next time I need something.

My order was exactly how I picked it, which is all I was wanting. Nothing was missing or weirdly swapped out, and the stuff matched what I chose on the site. The receipt was clear too. Simple experience, but in a good way, like no problems happened...

The bike itself was fine, but returning the part that came in the wrong size was wayyy more hassle than it needed to be. I had to email twice just to get it moving, and I still ended up paying for shipping back. The exchange did finally show up, but the whole thing was a lot more stressful than it should’ve been

Got the bike delivered the assembly was crap. The handlebars weren’t even straight and the brakes were rubbing right out of the box. I had to drag it to a local bike shop before I could even ride the damn thing. For the price, that’s seriously annoying...
